2023年11月8日,意大利国家馆在第二十六届FHC上海环球食品展上盛大开幕。本届FHC期间,在意大利对外贸易委员会ITA的支持下,20余家意大利食品企业亮相意大利国家馆,ITA推出的一系列精彩纷呈的活动,为大家展现了一场视觉盛宴。意大利驻沪总领事馆总领事安缇雅(Tiziana D'Angelo)女士、商务领事艾珊(Alessandra Palumbo)女士、意大利对外贸易委员会北京代表处首席代表,中国区和蒙古国总协调官张保龙(Gianpaolo Bruno)先生、意大利对外贸易委员会上海代表处首席代表迪嘉庆(Augusto Di Giacinto)先生、副代表秦佳(Cinzia Sarli)女士出席活动并致辞。
 
On November 8, 2023, the Italian National Pavilion was grandly opened at the 26th FHC Shanghai Global Food Show. During this year's FHC, more than 20 Italian food companies appeared at the Italian National Pavilion with the support of ITA, the Italian Foreign Trade Commission, and a series of exciting activities launched by ITA presented a visual feast for everyone. 本次意大利国家馆沿用简洁独特且极具意大利风貌和元素的设计打造。展会首日,意大利国家馆设置了多场近距离观摩及品鉴的环节。从橄榄油大师班、罗马经典菜肴到美味的意式冰淇凌的活动,意大利国家馆吸引到数百名行业领导、进口商、零售商和美食爱好者前来并参与其中。
 
This time, the Italian Pavilion was built with a simple, unique and very Italian style and elements design. On the first day of the exhibition, the Italian Pavilion set up a number of close observation and tasting sessions. From olive oil masterclasses and Roman classics to delicious gelato events, the Italian Pavilion attracted hundreds of industry leaders, importers, retailers and food lovers.

Ms. Tiziana D'Angelo, Consul General of the Consulate General of Italy in Shanghai, said during the opening ceremony: "Even in the agri-food sector, Italy is synonymous with excellence, high-quality raw materials and innovative production processes focused on environmental sustainability. To these characteristics, which make 'Made in Italy' products unique in the world, are added the links with the territories and traditions of origin, which we can see in the products on display in the Italian Pavilion. Therefore, for us, every initiative that contributes to spreading more knowledge about the agricultural sector and the culture of Italian gastronomy to the Chinese public and industry operators, who are increasingly interested in purchasing quality and high-end goods, is of paramount importance. The promotion of Italian gastronomy and agricultural products is a top priority for Italy. Every year, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the Italian Diplomatic Network abroad organize numerous events on the occasion of the Global Italian Gourmet Week. The theme of this year's Italian Gourmet Week is "Italian Gourmet at the Table: Sharing Taste and Health", and we are pleased to be here with you to kick off the week.

At the opening ceremony, the Consulate General of Italy in Shanghai, together with Chefs Samuele Maio and Fabio Maiano of the Italian Chefs Association ADG (Ambasciatori del Gusto), launched the Global Italian Cuisine Week 2023 with a wonderful Italian food cooking show. From breakfast to pasta with basil, Italian cuisine was a favorite among the audience and the media.
